An alleged plot to blackmail Coleen Rooney are being investigated by Police.
Three people had subjected to the plot to the TV presenter and wife of Manchester United and England star Wayne, 25 and demanded five figure some for handing over private pictures of the couple's baby son Kai.
At the MEN Arena, in Manchester, the photos were accidentally left in camera,when the couple went to a gig by US band the Black Eyed Peas last May.
At the MEN Arena VIP area the camera was not handed and the photo offered had been made to different newspapers.
A spokesman for BTP said today: "We are currently investigating an allegation of blackmail following an incident reported to us in September last year.
"As a result, three people - two men and a woman - are currently on police bail pending further inquiries."
